As a Las Vegas photographer, you might think I’m simply “just another guy with a camera” or another photographer whose work looks like everyone else’s. It’s easy to see how you might feel that way! It must be frustrating to be searching for a quality photographer, only to be disappointed time and time again with the lack of quality, skill, lack of creativity and unoriginality. What many people don’t realize is that these “shoot and burn” photographers are going in blind and hoping to get good results but not consistently getting them. Many of my clients felt the exact same way as you do but found that both my style, approach and quality was unlike any photographers they had worked with before!

With over 14 years of experience as a Las Vegas and Henderson photographer, I was the head photographer and studio manager at the renowned “Photography by Van” and studied under the well-respected master photographer, Van Frazier. It was here that I learned the art of lighting and posing and developed my skills of targeting expressions that would exhibit the character and true nature of my subjects. Under Van’s direction, my love for portraits grew as I photographed everyone from top executives to little children. I love to create portraits that will be loved and shared with everyone around you.

I combine my classically trained approach with a modern, contemporary style. I could go on and on about my style and how my lighting is always beautiful, my posing natural, fluid and flattering, or how my composition is refined, carefully and skillfully executed or how my subject’s expressions transport the viewer to the moment the image was captured but I feel my very best reason that sets me apart from every other photographer is that there isn’t anyone who will be as passionate and excited to do this work for you as I am. Each portrait I create represents who a subject is as a person, what defines them and what they are like. Each portrait is all those things but it is also an artistic expression of how I see the world around me.
